Diverse Career

Spanning 30 years, Marsha has had a broad range of roles in the real estate industry. In addition to expertise in residential marketing, advertising, sales, and negotiation, in the Calgary and Victoria markets, she has experience and training in property staging, managing luxury property auctions, and municipal tax assessment. ​

For 10 years Marsha was the owner & broker of boutique brokerage. She served as Presiding Officer with the Calgary Assessment Review Board for 6 years, and was an instructor at the Calgary Real Estate Board. She earned the Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb) designation from ADRIC and has completed Certificates in Interior Decorating & Conflict Resolution. Marsha is a University of Calgary graduate with degrees in Political Science & Sociology. ​

Mountains or Ocean

For over decade, Marsha has split her time living and working in Calgary’s vibrant Beltline and Victoria’s scenic Inner Harbour. She embraces a “15 minute” inner city lifestyle, enjoying the convenience of walking or biking to the office, shopping, and entertainment.

Marsha loves both the Alberta Rockies and Pacific Ocean. ​Golfing and yoga are two of Marsha’s favourite pastimes. In 2019, she became a certified yoga instructor (RYT®200). She is a member of the Elbow Springs and Royal Colwood Golf Clubs. Her golf handicap and French skills remain a work in progress. She supports community initiatives to provide affordable housing and support for women and children experiencing family violence.
